§  Customer promise
    We understand that buying from a faceless internet company does not come without fears and concerns. To help alleviate some of these we have put together a set of personal promises that we are aware of and fully accept:

o    We will endeavor at all times to keep you up-to-date with your order by email or phone in case of delays or unforeseen circumstances.

o   Call us on  01473 213 034 and we shall be happy to answer any concerns you may have.

§  Online shopping
    Before you place an order you should read delivery information, and return/refund procedure and terms and conditions. By submitting an order to us through our website/via our shop, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, you will make any outstanding payment in full.

o    Acceptance of your order - Acceptance of your order - An email will be sent to you (or order copy given in the shop)acknowledging the exact details of your order once it has passed through our security checks. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and IZZI IZAIAH will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the instructions.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

§  Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment.

§  Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the terms and conditions.

o    Order cancellation - If you wish to cancel your order please contact IZZI IZAIAH customer services within 24 hours after order placement, 01473 213034 (Monday – Friday 10.30am – 3pm) or returning your acknowledgement email to us within 24 hours stating your intention to cancel the order. Any orders which are processed after the 24 hour deadline, a part refund can be made based on the situation, this partial refund will be entirely to our discretion.  Order cancelation will also result in deduction of the delivery and postage, which is £13.99 (Bridesmaids) and £9.99 (Flowergirls)

o    Payment methods - We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Citibank E-cards and JCB.

o    Pricing policy - All prices shown on the website are in UK Pounds Sterling.

o    Delivery Charges – All delivery charges are included in the price.

o    Damages in transit - We believe that every garment/product that leaves our premises should be like a new-born baby and the utmost care is taken in packaging. If there is any damage in transit, we assure you that we will deal with the matter with utmost urgency.

o    Currency payments - We support all major credit cards and use a secure payment for all our online transactions via www.paypal.co.uk

o    Refund/exchange policy – We do not have a refund/exchange policy, as the items are made to order, and to your specification of the color and style etc. Please browse through our website as we have given as much information you need, please order our swatch before you decide on a colour, as this will ensure that you have the closest colour matching for your wedding theme.

o    Privacy policy statement / your information – IZZI IZAIAH is fully committed to safe-guard the interests of our customers in terms of personal information and security. We will not give out your details to any other interested parties. The giving out of personal data about our customers is a serious offence and will be treated with the utmost severity
