Delivery: (Orders received between)1st Sep – 28th Feb (5 week delivery - Internet orders)
1st Mar – 31st Aug (8-10 week delivery - Internet orders)
The information applies if you have ordred via internet or THE NATIONAL WEDDING SHOW, if you have ordered via our shop in Ipswich the delivery details will be mentioned on the copy of your contract.
1. How long will it take for delivery?
· Orders received between, 1st August – 28th February (7-8 week delivery)
· Orders received between, 1st March – 31st July (12 week delivery)
· Also there is a 25% hike in prices between 1st March – 31st July
2. How is it that your prices are so reasonable? My local shops sell similar dresses at double the prices?
· Shops have overheads, business rates and staff costs, if you order via our shop in Suffolk the dresses will cost you the shop price, which is 30 – 40% higher than the internet prices.
3. How can you give a 5 weeks delivery when my local shop needs a minimum of 6 months?
· We stock fabric of our standard colour range, so it's possible to make and deliver the dresses within 5 to 8 weeks, where as bridal shops has to order with Far East suppliers, so it takes longer time for delivery.
· Please remember that 5 week delivery is available only between the off peak season between August – February.
4. How long will it take for delivery if I order your special colour range?
· We try to deliver the special colour range within 12 weeks, but sometimes it may take up to 16 weeks, so please order well in advance.
5. What if my dresses get lost in the post?
· We send the dresses via courier, which needs to be signed for, we can send the dresses to your work place or to a different address other than your credit card's registered address.
· We can track the courier via the website, so the courier company is liable to ensure that the package does not get lost.
6. Can you make the delivery on Saturday?
· Yes we can make Saturday delivery, but this will cost you an extra £25 on top of the normal delivery charge, as the courier company will charge us extra for a Saturday delivery.
